Petition for a Balanced Calendar in Cobb Schools

We, the residents of Cobb County, hereby petition the Cobb County School Board to approve a balanced calendar with an early August start date and breaks in September and February for the 2012-2013 school year.

By signing this petition, we agree:

  • That we are vested stakeholders in Cobb County and in the Cobb County School District whether we be parents, students, teachers, employees, residents, or businesses.
  • That we support a balanced calendar with an early August start date and breaks in September and February in Cobb Schools for the 2012-2013 school year.
  • That we have maintained the highest standards of integrity in this petition with only one signature per person.
  • That we have not participated in nor have encouraged any efforts to falsify or inflate the results of this petition.
  • That any appearance of impropriety in the signing of this petition has been reported to cobbparents@gmail.com.
