We, the people, petition the all states and their court systems and ask them to change the criminal record expungement process for minor offences.

Sometimes good people make bad decisions for a variety of reasons, which often results in them receiving a criminal record. Very few of those who commit minor crimes once, will actually repeat the offence, but often end up living with the consequences for the rest of their lives.

Since the process for expunging or removing a criminal record varies from state to state, it can make it difficult to understand the record expungement process and almost impossible to have it removed in some cases and states.

Together we can change this.

By petitioning each state’s court system and demanding that a change to the record expungement process, we have a chance to encourage the change our very flawed justice system needs.
