We are in the ETJ of Round Rock and our address is Georgetown only because that is the post office servicing us...so this change makes good sense. Thanks!

Makes sense to change the city and servicing post office too if you ask me.

Thanks for initiating this petition! We also need to petition to change to a Leander or Cedar Park zip code since the adjoining new development is within Leander City Limits and ISD just as Parkside is but does not pay Georgetown taxes for inaccessible services. The petition should also include changing Parkside to a non-MUD which has no cap hence no limit on property tax increases.

 Hello,

Thank you for your support.  This petition is strictly for the Austin Board of Realtors. If we want to change area code, etc.. We will need to start a new petition because that will go to a completey different place.

I would like to see this happen, but I do not know if anyone can opt out of a MUD. It seems like you are stuck with it like it or not. I am absolutely for changes in boundaries because we aae truly closer to Leander and would be better served by its public services due to proximity.
