I am totally opposed to this idea, as all that will happen is that the residents of the road will be charged for the privilege of parking outside their own houses whilst at work. I am completely opposed to further taxation, and the intrusion of the state advising when or when I may be able to accept visitors.

And it further astounds me that the instigator of this petition has adequate space for offstreet parking as it is, for 2 small cars !

As I think that the council is determined to put CPZ throughout Harrow it might be a good idea to jump first with our ideas similar to Cambridge Road who have set a precedent.
