What is the hidden agenda behind the delaying tactics employed by the W.B.council? Are they hoping we will all forget about it or do they have another plan for the land? They are after all under pressure to provide more and more housing. This is a small independent company providing a service that local people want. Do they want Sheeplands to fail? I think that the nurseries in the immediate area attract people.
