As property owner, I see Marloth Park as a Wild Life Park, with wild life and NOT cat and dogs, like for instance Fields dog that barks endlessly. If I visit Marloth Park its for the silence and wild life.

 Just to clarify, the dog at Field Security is not a pet. It is a working dog, used for tracking criminals...
