It is the right of an employed worker to

receive ADVANCE NOTIFICATION OF DISCONTINUED EMPLOYMENT of no less than 2 weeks.

Receive HIRING/DISMISSAL DOCUMENTATION (specification of all duties, skills needed together with reason for dismissal - descriptions of unmet expectations / inability to learn - 2 witness’) Also a comment area must be provided that describes what the employee is able to do successfully with comments relating to a better fit for future employment

Receipt of “RULES OF CONDUCT” upon hiring; and that no one can be released for an item that was not covered under “REASONS FOR DISMISSAL

NOT BE RELEASED IMMEDIATELY FOR AN ILLNESS. It must first be reviewed by a Medical Doctor/Case Management Advocate that “plea bargains” future income. Immediately being defined as within a Probationary Period

Be given REFERRALS TO LEGAL REPRESENTATIVES in the event that the dismissal is argumentative; and involves the possibility of homelessness, is the sole provider of a residence with no other means of income - especially where dependent children are involved, or has been a past victim of Domestic Violence

Loss of income leads to financial penalties involving: child care, banking, residency, car payments, credit cards etc.
