Ban Trolling of Lures In the Breede River

Whe are trying to ban the pulling of lures behind the boat in the breede cuz every year they slaughter over 200 breeding Cob in the river with lures .

The guys that fish with bait doesnt even catch 10 big fish for that same season that they troll with lures

So whe ask the people that whe can stand up to these people and and ban the trolling of lures in the Breede River
