Below standard telecommunication Draper 4520

All too often (including right at this moment) short electrical outages cause total disruption to Telstra services in Draper Queensland. Both ADSL and fix line phones can then remain out of service for up to 3 days. Complicating this is the fact that mobile reception for the most part is non existant due to the topograghy of the area.

When services are working the ADSL line speed is poor and compromised by the low budget RIMM system used to service the area. The service degrades dramatically during high useage periods.

We the undersigned request that the services to the area be upgraded to a level consistent with urban/metropolitan standards and that exchange outages be serviced more promptly than is currently the case.
