All previous judgments that this Injustice has pronounced should be re-looked. Especially the case where he violated the Indian constitution by denying justice to a 23 year old woman, denying her right to marry a man of her choice.

The minimum demands we raise are

1. Justice Basanth make an unconditional apology to the girl, her family and to the people of Kerala.

2. The apology to be published in all the newspapers and news channels.

3. Re-open / re-investigate the case.

"Recently, new charges have popped up against another notable person, P.J.Kurien, Deputy Chairman of Rajya Sabha, who was earlier suspected of involvement but set free due to lack of evidences."

It will be a misguidance to say that P.J.Kurien escaped due to lack of evidence, but he was freed by tampering the evidence due to his political, financial and religious influences. The petition may be corrected accordingly.

it is very shameful on Mr.Basanth being the jude and wrote judgement, publicly taking stand that. The victim is a prostitute, it is incerdible. What he says indirectly is you cant complainst any powerful person when you are poor. He himself can have any personal opinions, but as justice who gave a judgement publicly utter the victim is nonsence.

It is scary to live in a society where the very "keepers" of law would so loosely call a girl child a prostitute and without a second thought demean her to a person of loose moral. The society and religion has always taken pleasure in trampling upon women, now when Law itself is showing the same face- whom do we look to?
Dear Justice Basanth, Are the women in your family proud of you? Would you say the same thing if they were the victims?

if all the girls of this kind may get such popular support , now girls can start this kind of game.
media and politricks parties hyping the girl as an angel.

Even though the remarks were made on a conversation that was not supposed to be public from his words, the remarks made shows the true bias in his own self. The way he approach a human being suffered such a mishap.
People cannot believe the theory of raping with the consent of the victim.

The keepers of justice shouldn't be so cruel in heart to make brutal remark. Oh God! how many faces do justice have, when the people pray for single face, atleast for JUSTICE..
