Derby has lost TOO many of it's historic buildings... this one can still be saved and at the same time provide a worthy venue so needed to attract plays and musicals of the calibre attracted by other places such as Nottingham and Birmingham which can be enjoyed by the people of Derby

Too much of Derby's heritage has already been lost since the Second World War - we shouldn't allow any more to be lost.
