Signature Campaign: Protest the Attack against Carlos the Jackal

We performed the OPEC Operation ourselves, Libya did nothing. They even submitted the weapons at the last moment. But we had already obtained the weapons from American army. American soldiers sold weapons to us by getting them from their own armory in Germany. And in return for marijuana! We did not have marijuana of course.
