Foster children

whereas there is a very increasing number of children and teens in foster care, 

 

We the undersigned petition the legislative assembly of Ontario as follows: To start making campaigns to encourage better foster parents so children are receiving better care, and to start having stricter security checks on people wanting to become foster parents.
