Free Mandatory Student Wifi

Many families and/or students pay for monthly cellular data bills. This can be costly and sometimes a burden to such families.  Some students have pathological fears or  insecurities keeping them from asking  teachers or other staff members whom they are not comfortable with confiding in to use the school phone.  I have there be an emergency and a student was afraid to ask a teacher, serious events may follow. On top of that, multiple teachers require or encourage that students use their phones for projects or assignments. A student may get a late or inadiquete grade if they are not able to participate. Overall, the monthly burden and acedemic toll will be taken if this petition is not taken seriously.
