"Without suffering there would be no compassion"

God is supposed to protect you. He is supposed to have a plan for your life. I feel that this is part of the plan for my life, to help a man who has devoted his life to God. What plan does he have for you? I honestly could not dedicatr my life to God if I was sitting in a prison cell for life for crimes that I did not commit. Could you still believe? Could you continue to follow the Word of God from a small cell?

I hear all the time that if you want to find God to go to a prison, that God is always in prison. I will be the first to admit that many men and women do find God in prison, and it helps them to deal with the time and to heal, but many more already know God before they wind up in prison. What about the men who already had faith? How do you survive a trial, a guilty verdict, and a life sentence for crimes that you did not commit? He has held his faith through it all. He believes that this is all a part of God's plan. He is a strong man, with a good set of morals, and a positive attitude I would never have sitting in prison as an innocent man. He trusts that God will take care of him in the end.

This man is Rodney L. Rollness. He is a kind man who has always shown me honesty and respect. He doesn't deserve to be sitting where he is at right now. He is innocent of the crimes, and is only asking for a trial that is fair. Every American deserves a fair trial, isn't that part of what it means to be an American? Wouldn't you want a fair trial if you were accused of crimes that you did not commit?

Many things including witnesses, DNA evidence, and juror comments show that Rod is innocent of the crimes he was convicted of, evidence the defense team knew nothing of until after the guilty verdict. Would you want a fair trial? Well then why doesn't Rodney deserve one? Why doesn't Rodney deserve his fair chance to prove  that he is a God fearing man, who only wants just that opportunity?

There are many more things that I could write about to prove his innocence, but I ask you to please go to view my blog at           rodneyrollnessinnocence.blogspot.com to review the facts and the evidence that we have that proves his innocence. We are looking for as many signatures as possible so that we can find an attorney who is willing to take on a Federal appeals case. His wife of over 30 years and his children need him to come home, and be a husband, father and grandfather again. He doesn't need to be sitting in prison when there are so many strong facts and pieces of evidence pointing to his innocence that could set him free. 8 years is long enough for an innocent man to be taken from the people who love him, and publicly made into a monster that he is not AND NEVER WILL BE!!!!

All that we are asking is that he gets a new trial, and a defense team that can help him prove his innocence. I am donating my time to help free an innocent man, what will you do to help? All it takes is a signature, and our faith that you will pass this along to everyone that you know.

Thank you very much for your time,
