Justice for Benji the dog, ruthlessly torchured and killed in broad daylight

Cape of Good hope SPCA Needs YOUR HELP !!!!! HELP US GET JUSTICE FOR BENJIE Charges have now officially been laid against one of the individuals identified in the video footage depicting the horrific stabbing of a dog named Benjie. We encourage witnesses to step forward and submit eye witness accounts of the incident to SAPS Khayelitsha using the case number 529/05/2018We are also appealing to the members of the public who feel as strongly as we do about this case, to let their voices be heard in a bid for justice for Benjie. If you are willing to, please go to your nearest SAPS and complete an affidavit motivating for the courts to consider the imposition of the harshest possible penalty for Benjie’s killers. These affidavits must be stamped by the relevant SAPS office and submitted to the SPCA as soon as possible for inclusion in the docket. Please reference the case number 529/05/2018 Khayelitsha in your statements. We hope to use these statements to highlight the strong public opinion around this case and the sentencing thereof to the presiding magistrate.

Affidavits can also be handed in at Cape of Good Hope SPCA's premises in 1st Ave, Grassy Park at the Inspectorate from Monday – Friday 8am - 5pm, and at the Main reception in the Adoption Centre on a Saturday from 8am - 3pm, and on a Sunday from 8am - 12pm.
