GIRLS OF THAILAND LIVING IN FRANCE CAN NOT OBTAIN VISA TO JOIN THEIR MOTHERS

To the French of Thailand and my Thai friends whom I know, I need your help.
In 2014 with my wife Thailand and our daughter born in 2013 we came to live in France. My wife has a Thai daughter and in 2014 and 2015, we obtained a visa without problems so that she can reach her mother and half sister in France.
In 2017 we made 3 requests to the French Embassy in Bangkok which were all refused for the following reasons:
1. "you have not provided proof that you have sufficient resources to cover your expenses of any nature your stay in France" whereas, as in previous years, we have provided a financial certificate to cover all expenses of our daughter during her stay.
2. "You have not submitted any evidence that you are a holder of valid travel insurance", whereas we have provided, as in the past, Global Insurance which, in accordance with entry into the Schengen area .
3. "Your wish to leave the territory of the Member States before the expiry of the visa could not be established", whereas the date of return is well before the 90 legal days.

My wife has a working girlfriend who also applied for a visa for her daughter and who had the same third answer.

Following my letter of complaint to the President of the Republic, here "sa" !! reply, or it is mentioned "it is the respect of the regulations in force", fortunately for many French living or taking their vacancy that Thailand does not exercise the reciprocity

"The President of the Republic has received your letters.
I will inform you that it does not belong to
The Presidency of the Republic to intervene with the Consular
Ability to comply with the regulations in force, to appreciate in which
Conditions a visa can be issued".
