Summary

We, the undersigned People of New Hampshire, come forth Seeking Redress and also seeking to Address and Instruct Our New Hampshire Legislature regarding the forced use of Vaccines on the People of New Hampshire.

There is a sufficient amount of research that disproves the claimed benefits of Vaccines made by the Medical Associations as well as a significant amount of research supporting the reasons for the intense concerns We have about Forced Injections of chemical cocktails via Vaccination.

We have the Right to Chose what is best for Ourselves and Our Children according to Our Own Knowledge and Conscience; To Infringe on Our Choices is to Violate Our Liberty.

Authority To Be Heard

Whereas the Public Health is manifestly endangered by Mandatory Vaccinations, we request an immediate hearing of Our Grievances to be scheduled in the General Court before the Legislature as soon as reasonably possible according to the New Hampshire Constitution, Part 1, Article 31 which states, "The legislature shall assemble for the redress of public grievances and for making such laws as the public good may require."

Authority To Petition

We bring Our Grievances to this General Court according to the New Hampshire Constitution, Part 1, Article 32 which states, "The People have a Right, in an orderly and peaceable manner, to Assemble and Consult upon the common good, give instructions to their representatives, and to Request of the Legislative Body, by way of Petition or Remonstrance, Redress of the wrongs done them, and of the Grievances they Suffer."

Constitutional Issues

Regarding Part One, Article 1:

"All men are born equally free and independent; therefore, all government of right originates from the people, is founded in consent, and instituted for the general good."

We do not consent to Mandatory Vaccinations because research shows a strong relationship between the use of Vaccines and adverse health effects, therefore Mandatory Vaccinations appear to be against the general good.

Regarding Part One, Article 4:

"Among the natural rights, some are, in their very nature unalienable, because no equivalent can be given or received for them. Of this kind are the Rights of Conscience."

It Violates Our Conscience to allow the Mandatory Injection of these chemical cocktails into Our Children, Our Friends, and Our Neighbors because it is a direct Violation of the very essence of Liberty.

Regarding Part One, Article 7:

"The people of this state have the sole and exclusive right of governing themselves as a free, sovereign, and independent state; and do, and forever hereafter shall, exercise and enjoy every power, jurisdiction, and right, pertaining thereto, which is not, or may not hereafter be, by them expressly delegated to the United States of America in congress assembled."

New Hampshire's Article 7 reserves all power that is not expressly delegated to the United States. It is what the 10th amendment to the U.S. Constitution was drafted from; the Authority of the FDA is not one of the Powers expressly delegated to the United States and is therefore a federal power limited to the "10 square mile" of Washington D.C. and other U.S. Territories, therefore, the FDA cannot approve or deny the use of Any Thing within the exterior boundaries of Our Republic because they simply have no authority or jurisdiction to Violate Our Conscience and thus Our Liberty by Mandating the use of Vaccines.

Regarding Part One, Article 12:

"Every member of the community has a right to be protected by it, in the enjoyment of his life, liberty, and property; he is therefore bound to contribute his share in the expense of such protection, and to yield his personal service when necessary...

Despite the proclaimed benefits of Vaccines, the mounting scientific evidence of the hazards of Vaccination has resulted in large numbers of the Citizenry opposing any use of Vaccines whatsoever.

Having studied the probability of the adverse effects of Vaccines on the human body, it is Our responsibility to protect Our Families, Our Friends and the other People of New Hampshire from the potential health hazards of being injected by these Undesirable Chemical Cocktails which have been banned in various other Countries.

Regarding Part One, Article 31:

"The legislature shall assemble for the redress of public grievances and for making such laws as the public good may require."

Based on the mounting scientific evidence against the safe use of Vaccines and in consideration of the Aggressive Schedules of Pediatric Vaccinations, it is incumbent upon the Legislature to act quickly and decisively to make such laws as is necessary to protect Our Citizenry from the Continued Violations Of Our Liberty To Be Healthy In Our Own Ways, According to the dictates of Our Own Conscience.

Regarding Part One, Article 38:

"A frequent recurrence to the fundamental principles of the constitution, and a constant adherence to justice, moderation, temperance, industry, frugality, and all the social virtues, are indispensably necessary to preserve the blessings of liberty and good government; the people ought, therefore, to have a particular regard to all those principles in the choice of their officers and representatives, and they have a right to require of their lawgivers and magistrates, an exact and constant observance of them, in the formation and execution of the laws necessary for the good administration of government. "

All Legislators have taken an Oath of Office to enact only laws that are in accord with the fundamental principles of the New Hampshire Constitution. The culmination of those fundamental principles can be stated as to protect the lives, liberty and property of the People of New Hampshire.

Failure to protect Peoples Liberty in the face of such overwhelming evidence is equivalent to a Perjury/Breach of your Oaths of Office and thus we seek an immediate hearing in the General Court to Consult and Instruct Our Legislature regarding the Mandatory use of the Chemical Compounds.

Conclusion

Due to the seriousness of the issue before you, and in accord with Article 31 of the New Hampshire Bill of Rights, We the People of New Hampshire, for the reasons stated above for others to be brought forth as evidence and testimony, do herby submit to the General Court this Constitutionally Supported Petition seeking an immediate hearing to be scheduled in General Court before the Legislature for the purpose of finding an expedient & peaceful resolution to the forced use of Vaccines on the People of New Hampshire.
