PETITION FOR HELP FOR ALEKSANDAR STANOJLOVIC FROM SABAC (SERBIA)-HELP HIM TO BUILD A SHELTER FOR DOGS HE SAVED!

For a long time, Aleksandar Stanojlovic, the founder and legal representative of Associaton for protection of abandoned animals "MEDA-SABAC", is taking care of more than 70 stray animals from city of Sabac and from whole area that belongs to the municipality Sabac. He provides them accomodation, food, water, medical care, sterilization, vaccines and everything else that these animals need. He found a home for so many of them but, unfortunately, there are always the new ones. Money for all needs of this animals he provided from his personal resources and donations of good people without any help from city of Šabac. For accomodation of his dogs, he is using a private space, a house and the yard in Jevremovac which is very near Sabac, with a consent of the owners, of course. This place is isolated, first neighbors are around 500 meters far apart so the noice and barking don't affect anyone. Aleksandar wants to make the best conditions possible for his dogs, but the only way to do that, according to veterinary inspection of Sabac, is to open a shelter and register it that way which, of course, has to be by the terms of Law for animal welfare. But, before that, he must get all the perments from City administration of Šabac and that's why this petition is made for. We need a lot of signatures so we could present this petition to city administration and please them to let us make this project. Everybody in Serbia knows that there is only one small city shelter in Šabac and there is much more dogs than shelter can accept. So, if city of Sabac doesn't allow everything of this happen, around 70 of Aleksandar's dogs will be taken away from him and brought to city shelter where, because of no free space and bad conditions, you can imagine what would happen to them.
