Restore Team BNF

Please help me restore TeamBNF, www.teambnf.com. I talked to the TeamBNF Director about reopening the site which was no problem,but his issue is that the NF Community does not use it and people won't edit sprites anymore. It ended up with me asking him how I could re-open TBNF. He asked me to get 50 Navyfielders to promise to use the site and 25 Sprite Editors to come back and help him do sprites. I myself will answer any questions or comments about this and I can be found on Yamato server also formely known as, Missouri. I'm asking for all of the Navyfield to help me restore this site.
