We are horrified by the massacre of the island of Utoeya and Oslo committed by Anders Behring Breivik who made 76 deaths (officials given by the authorities on Friday, July 28th, 2011).
In Norway, the maximal punishment of prison is 21 years. We think that it is urgent to establish the life prison sentence without remission in the Norwegian penal code and to apply it for Anders Behring Breivik for justice.

Nous sommes horrifiés par les massacres d'Oslo et de l’île Utoey perpétrés par Anders Behring Breivik et qui ont fait76 morts (chiffre officiel donné par les autorités ce Vendredi 28 Juillet 2011).En Norvège, La peine de prison maximale est de 21 ans. Nous pensons qu'il est urgent d' établir la peine de prison à perpétuité sans remise de peine dans le code pénal norvégien et de l'appliquer à Anders Behring Breivik pour une justice équitable.
