UNFAIR HOUSING CRISIS

As many of us know finding a council home is proving very difficult I know from experience having 3 young children in a one bed first floor flat. Trying to do a mutual exchange is near impossible. The fact is there is plenty of houses/flats out there that are unoccupied or under occupied.
Plenty of people are now living in overcrowded homes to which can be solved easier than what is happening.

I would like people to sign this petition if you believe people who have more bedrooms than they need should be made to move to pass it onto someone in need.
Also the council should have a team of people who help mutual exchangers by checking people's tenants and matching people to swaps. As they hold everyone's information and how many people in a home.

People age 65+ are not made to pay bedroom tax either so they have no reason to move. This should change as this is making life very difficult for the younger generation.

people are not being made to move so our children don't stand a chance of having there own bedroom. Many houses are under occupied and many are empty.

They should provide new accommodation for the elderly for them to socialise and have activities on a daily basis (if they wanted to) there should be 24 hour round the clock care if needed for free paid for by the nhs as these people have paid there tax.
