Urgent Intervention at 80, 100, 120 Susanna Road Florentia

We the residents of Ward 37, City of Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality, petition for the urgent inspection, intervention and implementation of the By-laws in respect of the illegal leasing-out of rooms at 80, 100, 120 Susanna Road, Florentia. We believe the owner to be in contravention of various by-laws and want the process to be dealt with urgently.

Zoning, water use, electricity use, building control and drug use is all listed as areas of concern.
