I dislike seeing trees being chopped down. Especially when there are alternative ways to solve the problems they are supposed to be causing.

I would like to see the beautiful trees remain. Bury the power lines.

If Delta can afford to lose hundreds of thousands of dollars on development schemes (e.g.. Luggage, Jacks Point and Canterbury) they should at least help to keep our district Green by putting their power lines underground.

The entrance to Queenstown is under threat from huge big barn developments and unsubtle commercial developments so please keep the trees which form a beautiful avenue to welcome all comers.

The untrimmed trees should be allowed to reach their full potential. Along with the Lee Memorial they can be a reminder of the past residents' efforts to conserve the natural environment.
