Isn't this just great news! What the heck are these people trying to prove!
25k when we can't even get our street repaved.
These people should be ashamed of themselves.
I am an animal lover and if they continue this, we should launch a protest immediately to show support for this poor dog and family.
Count me in.
I am actually embarrassed to live here now.
