I want better recognition of social workers.I was hurt yesterday I saw an advert for vacancy on www.dpsa.co.za.a social worker's salary was R193000pa while a registered counselli's salary was R435000pa.we all have 4year degrees,and I know as a matter of fact from experience that social workers are more qualified and valuable than counsellors.
