The horses should never have been allowed on the
streets along with motor vehicles. It is not difficult to see the torture these animals are subjected to with the thick toxic fumes and heat, horns blasting, buses, trucks and cars weaving in and out to get out of their way. Horrible life. It is so pathetic
the torture these horses are being subjected to with
the toxic fumes from vehicles which authorities don't seem to want to notice. Will those in authority
