Add petition "SAVE HEIDI'S LIFE" to this listKeeping our eye's on children that are not in the publics eye's. If children are home or cyber schooled there should be a set time for them to be checked upon.
I am suggesting this petition for mandated reporters to visit homes of homed ,online or cyber schooling students. It should be a monthly in home visit by a mandated reporter to check in on children that are not in the public eye. This should be a Nationwide law. Too many children are not seen and heard from for months at a time. A mandated reporter can see signs of neglect or abuse. This needs to be put in place for the Safeguard of our children....
