The building of the presidential residence is located where it should be.Unnecessary are all the speculations concerning the change of its original purpose.It has been designed uniquely for the Palace of the President.If the new president( Mr. Margvelashvili) does not wish to stay in it, no problem. The building will be waiting for the next and more respectful president. Before that there will be a Presidential Library,Science / Training Center or so.
