These toilets provide a vital role in encouraging a great range of users of Harrison's rocks, including climbers, walkers, scouts, Guides, school children. Closure would result in a decline in usage of the outdoor facilities and almost certainly an increase in litter and the hazards of human waste in the vicinity.
