Ban Tail Docking on Dogs in Ireland

I have seen this practice had been used in my neighborhood. Puppies had wrapped a hair band around their tails. I can't imagine how painful it was for those pupps. Those who love the dogs will love them with their tails. They have been born like that so why do we want change them?
