Ban Tail Docking on Dogs in Ireland

When other countries are banning this unnecessary and barbaric practise, why in earth would you let untrained idiots loose to dock dogs' tails? Get into the 21st century! You should be banning the entire process, not making it easier to inflict cruelty on innocent animals. Makes me ashamed to be irish
