Give Zynga Customer Support back to non-VIP players

I have played Mafia Wars for 5 years now when i started out support wasn't about how much you spent on the game and come on we have all spent something if not in cash in time playing .Give every Player the right to support not just VIP perhaps then things will start to get done again by Zynga
