This is not acceptable. Does not help to trash buildings. only going backwards and not forwards. Will not be paying for waste removal this month for sure. Get your accounts jacked up too as receive account 10 days into month. will then pay when it pleases me too. Thats the attitude of this municipality. Does'nt help to trash buildings as only going backwards.
