OMG Having lived in Swinton for the first 18 years of my life it has ALWAYS been a problem and I know that there have been petitions over the years with the council stating no due to the number of lights there AND no to a round a bout also but if the council would only look at Tildsley, traffic light hell.. you catch one you catch them all. NOW something really really needs to be done!!!!
