Stop killing stray dogs

The God creat every God created all living beings, and everyone has to be respected prophet Mohammed never said killing dogs, said neck or kill people, but this new generation of Muslims especially in countries like Iran will enjoy killing innocent animals and has no respect for life any animal. Please teach these governments to stop killing and mistreat animals.
