It's highly requested to clarify the reason of this disaster. Every body who is responsible for this huge disaster is supposed to be sentenced to what ever is  his/her right by international courts. This is the least thing that can be done for all these innocent pilgrims. And it certainly will prevent occurring such carnage in the future.
