It is obvious than ANY hypocrisy and disregard to the people, from clerics of either religion, should be opposed.

The people of north Nicosia,on the other side, are protesting already,as the article says.

What about us?

From what i have read in their articles,Q team doesn't protest based on a religious context-ie it is not the religion of christianity they are against, but the hypocrisy of the church(going against its principles, giving money for showcase temples rather than the people),its link and open cooperation and corruption by business interests, and its total disregard for the will of the people, and the undesired effects the temple's construction will cause in the surrounding area-environmental and social. We are interested in the welfare of cypriots on this side being affected by that particular church.

If your protest against the mosque is not against the religion of Islam, but it is due to that particular mosque causing undesired effects in the surrounding area-supported by documents and studies like ETEK on this side,as is the case of the church, and because of interest for the welfare  of cypriots on the other side,i would applaud it.
