Russia is well known for it's eminent Indologists. Bhagavad-gita is the cornerstone of India's ancient Vedas. I'm sure university Indologists in Russia are well aware of the importance of Bhagavad-gita. To restrict free access to the monumental work, Bhagavad-gita, would be a giant step backwards for freedom of thought and academic excellence in Russsia.
