"APFA argued for a "me too" clause for profit sharing, meaning that if another workgroup on AA’s property is given a profit sharing plan, APFA has the option of reducing the wage rates by $50 million per year (the value allotted for profit sharing in our proposal) and adopting such profit sharing plan".

 

Do you all see the spin here? Profits are speculative. We dont know what they will be. Why should we have a me to for profit sharing but the take a 50 mil cut on wages. They are going to get there way no matter what. We are screwed. all we can do is a get an outside union and hope for the best next negociation.

 AA is making los of money and not in bsnkrupcy. We should get the

raise and profit sharing.  Why does the company call the shots?
