This termination of employment to a disabled person is ridiculous. This man has worked hard has remained loyal. Walmart DO YOUR PART!

(Henderson, 2017-11-30)

#207

It's not right, give him back his job..22 years long time...

(Lake jackson tx, 2017-11-30)

#215

I Use To Work At Walmart, So I Know They Would Fu** Yu Over Sometimes, Depending On Who It Is.

(Clute, 2017-11-30)

#218

This is unfair to fire Robbie, when he called in and explained to someone, the situation with his vehicle. ...and the person he spoke to, gets to keep his or her job. For being a liar?????!!!!!!!! Karma will get you! Be a good person and tell them the truth. ...you will be able to sleep at night.

(Danbury, 2017-11-30)

#220

Because loyalty should count for something!

(Clute , 2017-11-30)

#224

Without Robbie Walmart is just another store. He makes everyone smile when he is there. What kind of heartless person does this?!!! Fire that person.

(Angleton , 2017-11-30)

#225

Because he deserves his job

(Angleton, 2017-11-30)

#227

This is injustice. He has been with the company 22 years and sometimes accidents happen. Was he ever written up first?

(League City, 2017-11-30)

#228

This is a wonderful father and husband. He is a great asset to our community and he should be rehired and given a public apology! As the store mgr. of a local retail store, the mgmt should understand that people have difficulties sometimes and should be helped, not fired.

(Danbury, 2017-11-30)

#230

He did not deserve to lose the one thing in life that makes him happy and the one thing he knows on a daily basis.

(Danbury, 2017-11-30)

#233

He DEFINITELY deserves his job back!

(Angleton , 2017-11-30)

#234

I've known Robbie for almost 40 years. He's a great guy and a joy to be around. I love being greeted by him in the store.

(Danbury, 2017-11-30)

#235

He deserves better than that. He is family and a wonderful man and father.
#justiceforrobbie

(Angleton, 2017-11-30)

#238

Walmart you were just so wrong in doing this!!!! You hire people (cashiers, managers, CSM, etc) who are just rude and inconsiderate to the customers. These kind of people should have been fired a long time ago but you fire someone who’s worked there for 22 years!!!! You need to rethink what is acceptable behavior and what is right and wrong!!!

(Angleton , 2017-11-30)

#239

I don't know Robbie personally, but I know him from Wal Mart and let me tell you, he's probably if not the hardest worker there. This guy needs his job back not just for him, but for this community. I pray Wal Mart makes the right decision. If not I can foresee a court battle in there future.

(Angleton, 2017-11-30)

#240

I believe Robbie Mitchell is being discriminated due to his disability and Walmart is using this as an excuse to fire him. Give him his job back.

(Angleton Tx , 2017-11-30)

#246

Robbie deserves his job back.

(Lake jackson, 2017-11-30)

#248

Walmart is wrong for this.

(Bay City, 2017-11-30)

#250

KEEP HIM AT WALMART

(Danbury , 2017-11-30)

#252

I know the family and they are good people. He is there with a smile when i go in and this is so unfair.

(Alvin, 2017-11-30)

#253

Robbie is an Amazing person and does not deserve to be treated this way.

(Angleton , 2017-11-30)

#256

Ronnie is a hard worker and he took pride in his job. I don't doubt one minute that he DID call in because that's just the kind of person/employee he is. He has dedicated 22 yrs to this company and firing him is not fair. He could have been reprimanded or even written up, but not firing him. Robbie deserves to be reinstated immediately.

(Angleton , 2017-11-30)

#257

I want Robbie to get his job back.

(Danbury, 2017-11-30)

#258

This is wrong.

(ANGLETON, 2017-11-30)

#260

He was such a nice and helpful guy. He doesn’t deserve to be fired . I hope this helps him to get his job back.

(West Columbia , 2017-11-30)

#261

Firing a employee who had given your company 21 years because he couldn't get to work? ?????
Is not like me who could simply ask for a ride from someone, he has a WHEELCHAIR that also has to be loaded so that he can get around. .. shame shame shame on you Angleton Walmart! !!!!! You won't get any more of my money until he gets his job back. ....

(Angleton, 2017-11-30)

#262

I don’t find it fair that after 22 yrs of being with the company he gets fired just for missing some days of work. Really disappointed with Walmart!

(Damon , 2017-11-30)

#264

Robbie is Walmart. Robbie greeted every person with smiles and eagerly did his job..there wasn't a time that I did not go into Walmart and see him and to fire him over such a petty reason now during the holidays as well just gets me in my gut. I will never step a foot into that store until I know he has returned and you can take that to the bank.

(Rosharon, 2017-11-30)

#266

Let him have his job!

(Fort meade, 2017-11-30)

#268

Robbie is the friendliest door greeter. Walmart management should be ashamed of themselves!!!

(Angleton , 2017-11-30)

#270

Diana Hughes

(Angleton, 2017-11-30)

#271

For many years when I have gone into Walmart I was greeted by this man. . And he deserves a fair chance just like anyone else. Never have I ever heard one negitive thing about him. Obviously he has done a great job for them, look how many years he has been there. Maybe you should fire the man/woman that has fired him!

(Angleton, 2017-11-30)

#272

Robbie is a part of Angleton Wal*mart everyone knows.

(Brazoria, 2017-11-30)

#273

The right thing to do.

(Angleton, 2017-11-30)

#275

Very wrong to fire a good worker for situation out of his control.

(Winston Salem NC, 2017-11-30)

#277

He is part of this community, it nice to see a familiar face welcome you as you enter into your town store.

(Angleton , 2017-11-30)

#281

I went to school with Robbie, and the guy is super cool with an awesome heart. So he had a vehicle problem. He's worked for Walmart for over 20 years. Is this how you treat long term employees? I shop at Walmart almost daily and I guarantee you that can be changed!!!!!

(Lovelady, TX, 2017-11-30)

#283

Loyalty? This guy has given you 22 years and you can't give him a break when he needs it. Shame, shame, shame on Walmart. Another reason not to shop there.

(Tucson, 2017-11-30)

#290

Cuz nobody deserves to lose their job over their vehicle breaking down that's just stupid

(angleton, 2017-11-30)

#291

This is bullshit walmart!! Fire the manager!!

(Clute, 2017-11-30)

#294

It is nice seeing Robby there when I go I to Walmart.

(Brazoria, 2017-11-30)

#295

Robbie Mitchell is a class act and your store is a better place because he works there!! To fire this man for such a ridiculous reason is absolutely unconscionable!! Do the right thing here Wal-Mart!!! I think he deserves that!

(Thornton , 2017-11-30)

#297

Me and my family always enjoyed his hospitality when we came into the store and we are all very angry about what happened to him Walmart should be very ashamed of this and this person who did this too him should be fired until he comes back me and my family will not be back to Angleton Walmart until he returns and the person that did this is let go

(Angleton , 2017-11-30)

#298

This is poor management from this Walmart franchise. Obviously upper management has no regard for its employees. When you have a special greeter that males people happy, you should take care of them, because be is for sure taking care of you! To treat this man like this shows the human factor has little to no value to some people.

(Sweeny, 2017-11-30)

#299

In a world where so many "won't" work it disgusts me that a person who has been coming to work for so long and was prevented by something that was beyond his control would be penalized by taking his job from him. Give this person his job back. I will spend my funds at HEB and Kroger before I give any more to this organization if this wrong is not righted.

(Angleton, 2017-11-30)

#300

This is sad and total crap he deserves to have his job back

(Sngleton, 2017-11-30)

#301

I want to know if he was given reasonable accommodations and if there were any violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

(angleton, 2017-11-30)

#303

Robbie is a asset to Walmart in many ways. He was always ready to brighten your day and help anyway he was needed!

(Brazoria , 2017-11-30)

#307

Cause he's the nicest welcoming personality at Walmart and makes people realize that if he can do it anyone can!

(Angleton , 2017-11-30)

#309

He's the friendliest person there!!!

(Angleton, 2017-11-30)

#310

I'm betting no one called him when he didn't show up for work to see if he was okay or if he needed anything...take care of your people!

(Angleton, 2017-11-30)

#312

I’m signing because it’s an injustice to this individual.

(Angleton , 2017-11-30)

#313

I don't think youall gave him a chance because he's disabled. He's the best greeter Walmart Had !!!!!!!!

(Angleton, 2017-11-30)

#315

He is a great guy. 22 yrs of devotion should allow some struggles in your daily life. He is one of the friendliest Wal-Mart employees that I have ever had the pleasure of being greeted by.

(Angleton, 2017-11-30)

#322

I'm signing because my daughter is disabled. If this were her I'd be rioting. This man deserves better.

(Sweeny, 2017-11-30)

#325

What you did to Robby is wrong. He has been a fateful worker for 22 years.

(New Wavery , 2017-11-30)

#326

Robbie needs his job. He was fired unjustly!!!!!

(Angleton , 2017-11-30)

#327

He deserves his job back. Such a good person.

(Angleton , 2017-11-30)

#328

This is wrong they should give him his job back

(Angleton, 2017-11-30)

#332

He's a hard worker

(Angleton , 2017-11-30)

#334

What you did was wrong in more ways than one. This man has given many years to your company and you toss him out like yesterday's garbage. While he was down on his luck you kicked him some more. You should be ashamed and the job that should be taken is the person's who chose to fire him.

(Danbury, 2017-11-30)

#335

Robbie is a friendly employee. He greets you with his smile as soon as you walk in. He is an asset to Angleton Walmart

(Angleton, 2017-11-30)

#338

He is a great man and I look forward to Robbie greeting me every time I walk in to walmart.

(Angleton, 2017-11-30)

#342

This just makes me sad! I don't know him on a first name basis, however my daughters and I ALWAYS look forward to seeing his happy, smiling face whenever we go shopping.

(Danbury, 2017-11-30)

#343

He is a good man and has been a reliable employee for 22 yrs. Also he has a disability and still works his hardest. He's always been very friendly!!

(Bay City, 2017-11-30)

#347

I think any employee that works for a company for this long should be proud of their commitments! He should be rehired and a raise for his troubles! We will keep fighting for you Robbie Mitchell!!

(Angleton, 2017-11-30)

#348

Justice needs to happen. I will not shop at Wal-Mart until it happens!!!

(Lake Jackson, 2017-11-30)

#351

I too was fired by Wal-Mart unjustly.
But Robby getting fired like that is just heartless.

(Angleton, 2017-11-30)

#353

he didn't deserve to be fired this is so wrong !

(Angleton, 2017-11-30)

#354

I'm signing because I love going to Walmart and being greated by Mr Robby seeing him there makes alot of us see how anyone can do anything if they set their mind to it

(Angleton, 2017-11-30)

#355

Robbie is a great guy and has worked hard despite his disabilities and doen't deserve such shabby treatment after 22 years.

(Lake Jackson, 2017-11-30)

#356

He is an Angleton staple. Going into Walmart and not seeing him will change the way my kids feel about small town life.

(Angleton, 2017-11-30)

#357

I'm signing this petition because he's a disabled person who I've seen many times at Walmart and just for one time his van breaks down and can't get to work is wrong and if you would call every one up and ask if he called in I'm sure you'll find out someone has lied and said he hasn't called in he's a very good man and hard worker I think he needs this job back especially when it's the holidays and Walmart wanted to be all pissy about this

(Angleton, 2017-11-30)

#358

He’s amazing at what he does! He is about the only one in the entire store that will greet and talk to you with a genuine smile! Walmart needs to evaluate their rude inconsiderate employees and hire more people like Robbie!

(Lake Jackson, 2017-11-30)

#360

He is a great person he was always helping ppl.

(Angleton, 2017-11-30)

#373

I'm signing because this fine gentlmean did not deserve to be fired cause he couldn't get to work plus he has always been the best door greeter I have ever met

(Angleton , 2017-11-30)

#378

I work in Angleton and go to this walmart. I enjoy seeing Robbie. Everyone has a bad day sometimes. 22 years is a long time to work to be let go over 1 time being late. We are supposed to help each other and lift one another up, not tear each other down.

(Brazoria, 2017-12-01)

#381

That is just wrong!! I used to live in Angleton and saw him there.

(Humble, 2017-12-01)

#382

Because he's a great worker and should not have been fired for such a petty cause

(Brazoria, 2017-12-01)

#383

It is wrong that you fired him after he has worked for you for so long. I fell this is too harsh and was done to prevent retirement pay.

(San antonio, 2017-12-01)

#385

22yrs should count for something!

(Gold Beach, 2017-12-01)

#389

Give Mr. Mitchell back his job. He was always there to help.

(Angleton , 2017-12-01)

#392

I’ m signing this petition because I like seeing and talking to Robbie when I am at Wal Mart. He is the only person at Wal Mart that I know by name. If he said he called in, I believe him over the person that fired him.

(Angleton , 2017-12-01)

#395

He has been treated unjustly.

(Clute, Texas, 2017-12-01)

#396

This man is a great person

(Austin , 2017-12-01)

#398

Robbie should have never lost his job. He was such a sweet caring person . He does no one harm being a door greeter he loved his job.

(Lake jackson, 2017-12-01)
