Stop Julian From Cutting his Fro

Julian has been growing out his fro for a very long time now. Not only is it a part of him, but it is a part of all of his friends. Julian has cut his fro in the past, and as a result of that, he ended up looking like Buzz Lightyear. I love Julian very much. I only want the best for him, and the best for him is to keep his fro.
