I am signing this petition as I am willing to support others and hoping it helps whomever, everywhere, even though I am not in their state. I will never stop using my 1st Amendment right.
*I am sharing and hope by doing so, we can get people to realize we desperately need;
ACCOUNTABILITY on ALL levels.
It is so important and we must keep pushing for the justice we all deserve as human beings.
It has been far too long where there has been a separate set of rules for "them and us."

The playing field should be fair for all. No one should be above the law!

 Set up? Emily herself under no duress admitted to the graphic role she played in this crime.  Emily Carr had the "Oh Shit" look when the detective mentioned, by the way we have your conversation with his sister recorded. No turning back at this point. Maybe he should have gotten death as well, but as the saying goes to bad to sad. Next time think for yourself!

 My childhood was rough as well. I have worked my own way through without killing anyone. I guess everyone that has had it rough should be given a break for their horrible crimes. I am not certain but I would assume Emily Carr was cleared by physic.

 Does the victim get a second chance? Never for first degree!

 What about the admission of guilt to the sister. Was she afraid then?

Emilia has been long enough in prison she needs to be back home with her family. We all make mistakes and everyone deserves a second chance.

The death penalty is not justice. It is state sanctioned premeditated murder.

I do not believe in the death penalty and feel she deserves a new trial.
