if this incident happened on a bus that would be an accident.

this tragedy was the sole decision of this one person to confine a heavily asthmatic child for prolonged periods in a basement.

that is not an accident he knew of Nassir's health issues he is liable for this tragic death.

He has to be held culpable

I think that there has to be an investigation by an independent party into this case.

Why wasn't the child given opportunity to explain himself unfair, bow school gives out too many detention for the simplest reason the children aren't getting punished they get too many they are not getting anything out of these detention.

#16: A1 - Update

I am sure no one will get sacked based on a petition. The petition will obviously open an investigation and should there be any findings then appropriate action will be taken.

The atrocity, calamity and total negligence that has occurred here is totally shocking. Especially for a school in the UK who are always so big and the first to attack parents over child protection rules. If our kids can't be protected here at school then what hope do we have? I would like to see the justice our education secretary really has in this matter because if anything the justice should be enough to shake the rest of the schools down in the UK and a means to prevent anything like this happening again.

Not because detention because he was neglected and punished for a crime he didnt do. Teachers sometimes take their position to treat unfairly. If he was being supervised where was early intervention to take care. He wasn't even noticed. I have been with children with asthma. I have seen their difficulty. Where was the teacher? Enjoying a cuppa?  Over a life. Poor boy lost his life. That's negligence and school is to be blamed and every staff that sides with the deputy. Because they are neglecting to understand. Its scary for future kids under that sort of school and staff care.

I believe everything happens for a reason, this is very sad and a most difficult time for the family of Nasar, my Dua's to my Lord Allah is a for Nasar to be admitted into Jannah-tul-Firdous without any accountability, secondly I would like this incident to be investigated thoroughly with Allah's Mercy by an independent authority who can accurately gather the whole incident from the beginning to the point Nasar collapsed. May Allah always protect us all. Ameen.

That's disgusting what the teacher did knowing the conditions of the child.
