After several complaints about stray cats in our neighborhood Mr Willis has repeatedly just gone after the pit bull owners and not done anything about these cats that's not right the pit bulls in our neighborhood are controled by owners and are not vicious and Nor should tHey be labeled that way. however the cats have been allowed to roam freely reproduce and overtake the area.
