Toby came to my house because my neighbor called them on my dog because she got off her chain and was barking , mind you my dog doesn't usually get off her chain but she saw a cat , but we yelled her name and she came running back he told us if he got called again he would shoot our dog !!! He needs to be gone seriously shoot a little dog over nothing my dog wouldn't even hurt a fly ...
