I called him a few years ago regarding a beautiful Pit puppy that was being beaten by his owner. They lived next door to where I work. Long story short, Toby Wills told me that the owner signed the puppy over to him. He promptly euthanized this beautiful innocent baby. I asked why he didn't warn me that this is what would happen. Had he warned me, I would have asked the owner to give the puppy to me and I would have found him a home. His answer was that it is a "dangerous breed".
