This a disgrace its not the breed thats bad its the people who raise these dogs. Any dog can be vicious and bite just as humans can be. Lets chain humans with a chains length of food and see how they fight and kill after being starved and beaten. This man is just cruel and inhumane and should not be in a position of power.
