It would be different if he had one ounce of compassion for animals, but it's clear, he doesn't. He enjoys the power his job affords him and Licking County citizens and their dogs have been abused for far too long by this dog warden who uses his badge to inflict pain and harrassment! Should have been gone a long time ago!!!
