Breed specific legislation is inherently wrong. Dogs are only as dangerous as they are trained to be. Before the hysteria of dog fighting and the Michael Vick incident, pit bulls were known for there protectiveness of small children. Toby Wills has earned a reputation for his dislike of the breed. The law needs to be changed.
